 Hi, I’m Jess! I have this really super fun and wonderful neurological condition called  Essential Tremor (ET). It’s 8 times more common than Parkinson’s Disease but often the two conditions are confused. People with ET shake like folks with Parkinson’s but we just shake differently. 

Started this space to share more about ET with family and friends since - thank you Pandemic - haven’t seen family so regularly whilst this crap has progressed so there are a lot of questions. Also want to share how helpful my support group has been, the International Essential Tremor Foundation.

I live in Florida, married to Handsome together 25 years, and am a nerd for podcasts and talk radio. We have a Mike, an 85 lb pitbull mastiff and tolerate a couple of cats.
